Results  typically begin to appear within 3 to 7 days, with full results visible in approximately 14 days. Most clients enjoy the results for 3 to 4 months, although this can vary, depending on the treatment area, metabolism, and individual factors. It is not advised to get treatments more frequently than every 90 days.

Clients find dermal filler treatments, very tolerable. We use high-quality health Canada approved fillers that contain a local anaesthetic (lidocaine), a topical numbing cream is also applied before hand if desired. You may feel slight pressure and an occasional pinch but overall the discomfort is generally minimal. 

The lips are naturally more sensitive and may cause a little more discomfort than other treatment areas (atopical is always used on this area to minimize discomfort). You may feel a brief pinching or mild stinging sensation during treatment, but the procedure is generally well tolerated. Most appointments are completed within 30 to 60 minutes, including consultation and treatment.

After treatment, it is normal to experience some mild to moderate swelling, tenderness, and mild bruising, especially following lip filler. These effects are temporary and typically improve over the following few days.

No matter the service, your appointment should begin with a thorough consultation to discuss your concerns, goals, and potential medical history(depending on on the service).  Your provider will recommend a personalized treatment plan, answer any of your questions, and perform the treatment if appropriate. 

This very much depends on the type of service that you get. But you can feel confident that your provider will thoroughly explain any downtime, risks, and side effects, expected outcomes, as well as aftercare to you before performing your service.

Botox: little to no downtime. mild redness or small bumps typically resolved within 15 to 30 minutes. Although not very common mild bruising is a possibility.

Filler: mild swelling, redness, tenderness, and bruising may occur for several days. More commonly noticeable in the 

Advanced Skin Treatments:  like microneedling, PRP, and some chemical peels may cause some redness

for 24-48 hours 

Facials/Nails/Lash Services: no downtime

Sugaring/Waxing: minimal to no downtime. Just avoid friction and excessive heat

Laser: minimal to no downtime, just avoid excess heat for 48 hours

Appointments can be booked online or by contacting our clinic  your provider directly. We recommend arriving five minutes early to complete unnecessary paperwork and ensure your appointment begins on time.

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment change changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Yes, consultations are important to ensure that the treatment is safe, appropriate and tailored to your goals. Some consultations are more in depth than others, depending on the treatment being provided. 

We offer consultation appointment prior to your treatment time/day if desired, but can also perform it immediately prior to your service if you do not want to make two trips.

Absolutely. Many of the treatments we offer work beautifully together. Your provider can recommend a customized treatment plan to help you achieve your desired results safely and effectively.

The safest and most effective results, we recommend avoiding tanning, including tanning beds and self tans, for at least two weeks before, and after your laser treatment. Tan skin can increase the risk of irritation, pigmentation changes, and burns.

Please do not wax, sugar, tweeze, or use depilatory creams for at least four weeks before your appointment. These methods remove the hair follicle that the laser targets. You may shave the treatment area whenever you would like In between sessions. We actually ask that you come freshly shaven in the treatment area to you appointment. 12 to 24 hours before your appointment is ideal, unless otherwise instructed by your provider, or in cases where it is not possible for you.

For the best results, hair should be approximately a quarter of an inch long, or about the length of a grain of rice. This is typically achieved after a minimum of three weeks of hair growth.

If your hair is too short, the wax or sugar may not be able to grip the hair effectively. If it is significantly longer, we may recommend trimming it slightly before your appointment for a more comfortable treatment.

Please do not shave between appointments If possible.
4-6 weeks between sugaring/waxing is ideal.
